The gentleman (*ahem*) directly to the left of me with the Hugh Grant 80's hair is my pal Mark, and next to him is Dave, who has the world's worst tattoos. The three of us got into some shennanigans later in the evening, to be sure.
After dinner we headed over to a party at Jillian's pool club thrown by someone in the business, had a beer, and schmoozed a bit. Here's what a rocking nerd party looks like:

Zzzzzzzzz...
Mark soon got the itch to crank it up a notch so we left Ged there and headed out to find a somewhat more seedy bar to hang at. We ended up at the Whisky Bar, which is where Mark and I got into much trouble last year. Before the night was over, I ended up completely pissing off a rep from Camel cigarettes, having a strange conversation with a nice young lady about male genetalia (it's far more innocent than it sounds - she was kicking down the door to the men's room and I couldn't NOT say something), and then things really devolved. We ended the night eating bad sushi and having a really quite unneccesary shot of bad tequila, and somehow I made it back to my hotel and stumbled into bed.
Having got that out of the way, I should be able to focus on the nerd-tivities planned for me by Microsoft for the next few days. Right now I'm going to hop in the shower and then meet the boys for some much-needed breakfast. Apparently we have a full day scheduled once we register (including another dinner), so I'm going to have to find some water to rehydrate and get into it.
